Every payment routed through the TROUTE protocol generates a small fee denominated in $TROUTE. This fee is taken at the routing layer, before settlement, and is distributed to stakers.
As the number of AI agents using TROUTE grows, routing volume grows. As routing volume grows, fee generation grows. As fee generation grows, demand for $TROUTE grows.
The token is directly tied to protocol usage. Not speculation. Not narrative. Usage.
Staking
$TROUTE holders can stake their tokens to earn a proportional share of protocol routing fees. Staking is non-custodial and can be unwound at any time.
The staking model is simple: the more the protocol is used, the more stakers earn. There are no artificial emission schedules or inflationary rewards. Yield comes entirely from real protocol revenue.
Governance
$TROUTE is the governance token of the protocol. Holders vote on fee parameters, routing rules, supported assets, and protocol upgrades.
Governance is designed to be minimal at launch and expand as the protocol matures. The community controls the direction of TROUTE.
